Dave Colarchik, Board President

Dave joined the Project MANA Board in 2008 and currently holds the Board President position. Prior to the President position, Dave was the Treasurer and a volunteer with our FACE Program, delivering groceries to our home-bound clients. Presently, Dave is the Loan Officer with RPM Mortgage and is a licensed CPA. Prior to RPM Mortgage, Dave was the President of DXR Imaging, Inc. in San Leandro, California for nearly 24 years. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State University, Hayward. Dave and his family live in Incline Village, Nevada.



Tony Remineh, Board Vice President

Tony is passionate about Project MANA and has been an active volunteer and Board member since 1996 where he currently holds the Vice President position. For over 27 years, Tony was an active volunteer with the Tahoe Nordic Search and Rescue Team where he provided and operated a snowcat in over 200 winter mountain rescue missions. Tony is the President and CEO of Mountain Timber Homes, Inc. and originally hales from Chicago. He holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Northridge in Southern California and post graduate studies at Stanford University in Stanford, California.



Wayne Cameron, Board of Director

Wayne is a Nevada native who was born and raised in Ely, Nevada. He graduated from the University of Nevada in 1991, and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Medicine. He has worked for Wells Fargo Banking for over 20 years and is currently the Sales Manager for Wells Fargo Private Mortgage Banking in Incline Village. He has served on the board of a variety of non-profit organizations in Incline Village. Wayne was the past Board President for Project MANA. Wayne also serves as a Board Member of The Parasol Tahoe Community Foundation, the Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival and a Director of the Incline Star Follies.

assell von Baeyer, Board of Director 

Cassell joined the Project MANA Board in 2012 and is an Attorney with Incline Law Group, LLP. Cassell has been active in the non-profit world as she served as a Board member for Tahoe Women Services. Cassell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of California at Berkeley and a Juris Doctor degree from Hastings College of the Law at the University of California. Her legal practice areas include real estate transactions, business entities and transactions, and contracts. Cassell brings her legal expertise to Project MANA and she is passionate about their mission.



Hal Paris, Board of Director


Hal has served the Incline Village/Crystal Bay community since late 2004 as Parks & Recreation Director for Incline Village General Improvement District. With more than 30 years professional experience as staff and as a leader in several community and government organizations, he holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Parks & Recreation Administration from California State University in Sacramento and post graduate work in Education at UC Davis, along with several state and national certifications. The Paris family is active and committed volunteers in the community. Previous to his involvement with Project MANA, Hal volunteered with community food programs in both Folsom and Elk Grove, California. Hal personally enjoys reading, hiking and water activities in and on Lake Tahoe and is passionate about the mission of Project MANA.



Greg Holm, Board of Director

After living his entire life in Orinda, California, and 32 years working as a Firefighter for the Orinda Fire District, Greg and his wife Karen moved to Truckee in 2004. Because their family was always surrounded by animals (dogs, cats, horses) it was natural for both of them to become active volunteers for the Humane Society of Truckee Tahoe when they moved to Truckee. In 2007, looking for a “little more to give”, Greg began volunteering for Project MANA where today he is active in their Food Express, FACE, and Distribution programs. After many years volunteering with Project MANA, Greg became a Board Member in 2012. Greg’s motto is, “I get much more than I give”.



Lee Kresy, Board of Director


Chef Lee Kresy has been in the restaurant business for over 35 years. He started running kitchens in the Bay Area at a fairly young age and fell in love with cooking. He moved to Tahoe over 30 years ago and has been the Executive Chef at Sunnyside restaurant and Lodge for 23 years. Lee studied at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in Napa and studied under some well-known chefs. His passion has always been about food and giving back to the community. For many years how, Lee has participated as a Chocolatier at the Chocolate, Wine and Roses collaborative fundraising event. He has also donated his Chef services at the auction which is always a big hit! Lee is instrumental in creating the “Chef Specials” at Sunnyside, where a portion of the cost of these specials has generated over $25,000 in donations to Project MANA over the years!
