Gardens in Truckee, Kings Beach, and Incline Village provide space for gardening and demonstrate the nutritional and economic value of growing fresh produce. Classes are held each season and a high-altitude gardening manual is available.

Position Description
- Assist in the preparation of the garden for winter, including repairs and planting
- Assist in the planting of the garden in the spring, including maintenance (weeding, watering), and harvest in the summer and fall months
- Instruct/Assist in gardening classes for adults and youth
