Office Assistants
Assistants to help with phones and other office duties during busy times of the year or when Staff is in a meeting
- Time commitment: 2 hours every 2nd and 4th Thursday from 9:30-11:30 am during staff meeting and busy times during the year
- Vehicle: Not required, must have transportation to Incline Office
Position Description
- Ability to answer phones, take efficient and correct messages.
- Attend clients that come to the window, search the database, fill out appropriate forms, and distribute food bags
