Help provide fresh, healthful food for hungry children, families, and the elderly today.
Feed A Neighbor. Make A Difference.
Project MANA aims to mitigate the adverse health outcomes that can result from malnutrition and nutrient deficiency by providing low-income individuals with adequate and nutritious food choices they often cannot afford to buy themselves.
Your help makes all the difference.
In many ways, Lake Tahoe is the land of the plenty. But for 1 in 7 of our neighbors, hunger is an everyday reality. Seasonal jobs, the high cost of living in our community, and high rural unemployment rates increase the need for access to emergency food just to make ends meet.
Project MANA is the only hunger relief organization in the North Lake Tahoe/Truckee area. We provide food to over 2,250 people annually, including 520 children and 295 seniors, many of whom have to choose between food, rent, or medical expenses every month. Your financial investment in Project MANA helps us feed our hungry neighbors in need. Invest in hunger relief today!
